The Tūtū and Me Traveling Preschool (TTM), a program of Partners In Development Foundation, is a tuition-free family-child interactive mobile preschool that provides quality learning experiences for young children age birth-5, and educational and emotional support to their primary caregiver(s). TTM started in 2001 with the goal to educate Hawaiʻi's keiki using family-child interactive learning (FCIL). Over the last 19 years, Tūtū and Me has served over 38,000 children and caregivers in 28 communities across 5 islands.

Tūtū and Me Traveling Preschool has been an example for the future of Early Childhood Education (ECE), having since been modeled into nearly 100 YMCA's across the US for their Early Learning Readiness program.

The TTM annual fundraising campaign featuring a color run event is held each year to raise funds in support of our organizations development efforts. Development costs are un-allowable under grant funding and, thus, need to be paid with private unrestricted funds. Development plays a vital role in sustaining our organization, through programs like TTM, and helps expand its reach to under-privileged communities through its programs. Last year, Maui TTM raised nearly $13,800 and we hope to reach our goal for 2020 of $15,000!
